September To Be Read Pile

I can’t believe it’s September already (well tomorrow is). This is my birthday month though I don’t particularly enjoy celebrating it since it falls on September 11th. Beyond that, September has some of the most amazing books releasing- Six of Crows, Queen of Shadows to name a couple. I can’t wait to own both books. Obviously (sadly) I don’t own QoS yet so it’s not shown in my TBR pile but it’ll be read for sure. I imagine I’ll read it immediately to try to avoid being spoiled on the plot or romance.

I have also recently gotten into the Vampire Academy series so as soon as Shadow Kissed shows up I’ll want to jump into reading that as well. These books are so addictive and fast reads.

September TBR

This month I’ll be participating in the Blood and Salt blog tour (with a review and giveaway). I’ll be featuring a lot of reviews for the next few weeks because August and September seem to be the months publishers release ALL the books.

What do you plan to read this month?

What a beautiful pile of books – I’m moving back to ‘real’ books after using a kindle for a year and am really enjoying the feel of all that paper in my hands again!

  2. says

Oh, goodness, new month already?! I’m going to have to think about this one. Enjoy your books! Hope you get everything read that you’re planning to read.

Wow these look really good! I’m a September baby too, it kinda sucks but at least we get all the pretty leaves :3

I’m definitely reading Blood and Salt this month too! I am so excited for that; it’s on my top 2015 must-read releases. I’m also reading some VA. Crystal and I reading the series together so I’m going to reread the first two books before I jump into book 3, which is where I left off. I may also read The Rose Society if The Young Elites ends in a way that makes me desperate to read on.

    I’m excited for this month!

YES!! Vampire Academy!!! I love that series.

This September I’m finally getting around to reading all the books my sister wants me to read…so, Lunar Chronicles, Gallagher Girls, Kane Chronicles…
Also I have a heap of review copies that I’ve been ignoring…I need to get on those.

What a great TBR! I haven’t read any of the books on your tbr and I also don’t think I’ll be reading QoS until I’ve seen a few reviews, I read the spoilers and it really put me off reading it, so I hope you will enjoy it!!
I’m planning on reading Split Second, some Murakami and Dracula this month 🙂

    Welcome, September!
So many awesome books. I’m looking forward to see what you think about The Rose Society (although I still haven’t read the first one) and A Madness so Discret 🙂
Also, it’s great that you’re enjoying the Vampire Academy series that much! I hope you like the books you have left.
    Happy reading!

It’s always like this every time… even last year, September was the month of RELEASES. I feel like it’s the magical month of books or something… which is weird because isn’t it usually the month where people go back to school? XD Are the publishers conspiring with each other to make the kids don’t do well with homeworks because of the amazing books going out?? XD

Can’t wait to see what you think of Blood and Salt! I’m sooo looking forward to that one.

I hope you enjoy Shadow Kiss! It’s my favourite book out of the series, and the one where the story picks up.
And I agree that VA books are fast reads! I read the first 4 books in one single night!:)
OMG, you have The Rose Society! I am dying to read the series, they sound amazing, and I can’t wait to see what you think of it!:)

I is jealous. <3 SO MANY amazing books to read this month 😀 Wishing you the best of luck Kristen. <3 YAY for Blood and Salt 🙂 I hope it is awesome. And ugh. The Rose Society. I'm just worried about it, lol. I'm imagining that it will be awful. Sigh. Happy reading sweet girl. <3

OMG! I thought that you had already read The Rose Society – good thing I didn’t DM you something I was going to ask, that would have been seriously spoilery O_O Curious to see what you’ll think of WoEaS and AMSD, I gave them the same rating. I know you’re exciting for both – and all of these – so I hope you enjoy them! 🙂
