Stacking the Shelves

This week was pretty crummy in my day to day life- it was stressful and I even had someone side swipe my car. I could do without all of that but book-wise it was pretty great. Not only did I get some great book mail we also got to see the cover reveals for a few books I’m desperate for- Six of Crows, The Weight of Feathers and Dreamland

I’m in love with the cover from Six of Crows! I must get a copy from A darker shade of magic, it sounds so good. I really like In the shadow of Blackbirds. The combination with picture is well-done and it’s a creepy, haunting story.

    Happy reading!

What a fabulous week! I am so excited to hear what you think of Beastly Bones! I was just flipping through my Jackaby the other dreaming about its sequel. I also died alil when I got my copy of ADSOM, yay for a Grey London! Can’t believe I’m on the tour. My week was stupendous since I got not only a copy of Silver in the Blood and Dreamfire but my copy of Wrath and The Dawn!! Da da da DUH! I feel like I can live in peace for awhile while I devour these awesome arcs. My bookish soul is content… for the time being anyway. I hope you enjoy Falconer. I couldn’t get into it. My audiobook narration had a strange cadence and it just threw everything off for me. Even when I tried to read it afterwards all I heard was that annoying narration so :-(. I’m hoping I’ll make it thru Vanishing Throne without hearing it still. I’m really curious about The Alchmists Daughter so keep me posted please!
