Stacking the Shelves- Such Exciting Books

Hi! How are you all doing? Everything is good here. My son starts first grade this Monday and oddly enough no one around here seems that nervous. I think he’s excited to go back. Ripley is growing like crazy and has finally had all her shots so it’ll be time for puppy training very soon.

I had some AMAZING news last week- Evie had a rep search on Instagram to help promote her designs and I was chosen to be a rep! I am so, so honored because all the entries were absolutely beautiful. I am still shocked and keep reading the announcement post to make sure it’s real.

Another bit of awesome for me- I had the opportunity to blurb a book! This has been my biggest blogger dream and it has come true. The book is The Valiant by Leslie Livingston and it is incredible.

My last one of these Stacking the Shelves was at the end of July so I’m posting most of what I’ve gotten so far this month. I’m forgetting a good amount I’m sure but these are the ones I’m most excited about.

Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews is a weekly meme where you show what books you’ve purchased, gotten from the library, received from giveaway, as gifts or for review.

There’s my blurb on the back! AHHHHHHHHH! I’ll never ever get over how cool that is. It says:

“Lesley Livingston’s The Valiant had me entranced from the first page with her vivid descriptions and kick-ass heroine Fallon.”

There’s a fuller blurb over on Amazon if you want to read it all plus all the other AMAZING blurbs from my fellow bloggers.

The Latest Books to Stack my Shelves

Happy Saturday!

This week has been pretty wonderful. I’ve got some things in the works and I’m so excited…and nervous but mostly excited. It’s nothing I can talk about publicly (minus elusive references such as this). I have been feeling very motivated about blogging though my reading has slowed to a snail’s pace. I’m reading Ice Like Fire and I’m not loving it. I’m so sad to admit that because I liked book 1 and hoped this one would blow me away. It feels looooong.

This week was AMAZING in book mail. It will actually be two weeks of mail since I didn’t post last weekend.
