Top Ten Tuesday- Books I’m looking forward to in first half of 2016

There are SO MANY books releasing in 2016 that I’m dying for (I AM EXCITED) From debuts to series conclusions, this year looks like it’ll be one hell of a ride/read especially for fantasy fans. Since I have zero patience or self control I’ve already dived into my 2016 review books so I’ve included a picture at the end of this post with the ones I’m recommending.

Top Ten Tuesday is a meme created by The Broke an the Bookish. Each week a different question is posed and gives us bloggers an opportunity to share our top tens on all different types of bookish topics.

Books I have that I’m looking forward to reading

Notice they are ALL fantasy! I’m obviously pretty predictable in  my reading. This just proves I need YOUR recommendations on some books outside of fantasy I should be anticipating. I kept seeing more and more books I wanted to add to this post but TRIED to limit by release date but be aware- Fall of 2016 looks to have some epic fantasy releases.

2016 books I’ve read and loved

I’m really impatient so I’ve already read the books I’ve pictured below. Each of these I found to be very well done and I’d recommend. Just last week I read The Imposter Queen, Rebel of the Sands and A Gathering of Shadows and AHHH, so good. Add them to your TBR if you’ve not already!

Tell me what other books outside of fantasy am I missing!! Looking at this it is apparent I need to venture out into some other genres.

Definitely a good year for YA fantasy! That’s not my favorite genre, but still, so many of these books look amazing. I can’t wait for INTO THE DIM, BLACKHEARTS, THE GIRL FROM EVERYWHERE, REVENGE AND THE WILD … so many.

    Happy New Year!

So many amazing books to read in 2016! I’m looking forward to The Dark Days Club, as I loved Goodman’s duology. Also quite excited for The Beauty of Darkness, The Winner’s Kiss, A Court of Mist and Fury and Tell the Wind and Fire!

I’m such a contemporary junkie! If you’re ever looking for recs let me know! I barely made my Flights of Fantasy goal of 25 this year so … LOL

I do however love all these books on your list – I’m excited for Rebel of the Sands and Into the Dim AND i’m hoping to get my hands on A Gathering of Shadows since i’ve started ADSOM!!

I’ve heard amazing things about Imposter Queen too – I must grab that one!

So many great sounding books! I’m eager to get my hands on a lot of these titles in 2016.

I tend to stick a lot to my favorite genres as well! It’s rare when I venture outside of fantasy, romance or mystery.

I must admit that I’m a bit jealous of all the ARCs that you always get. <3 You are the luckiest girl. YAY for having read so many 2016 books so far 😀 They all seem awesome. Dying to read some of them. <3 I have read some 2016 books too already 😀 And eeee, I need you to read The Steep and Thorny Way. <3 It is amazing. Happy reading Kristen 🙂 I hope you will love all of these pretty books when you get to read them. <3

I am also SUPER excited for the Crown’s Game! It sounds exactly like the sort of book I’d love. And almost all the ones I’m looking forward to are fantasy too! 🙂 yay for fellow fantasy lovers! I can’t wait to read the imposter queen and I’m also really looking forward to the dark days club!

Into the Dim and also Blackhearts are ones I am going to be reading this year and am excited about! You’ve already read quite a few 2016 books and I am glad they sound so promising. Again, quite a few I don’t recognise but I am looking forward to discovering them some more 😀
