Now for the new additions from this last week. Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews is a weekly meme where you show what books you’ve purchased, gotten from the library, received from giveaway, as gifts or for review.
I’m feeling incredibly lazy so I’m just going to put a picture down and hope to fill in the links for the books later on (if at all). I’m on the blog tour for Haze by Paula Weston. I adored Shadows so I’m incredibly excited to start this sequel. Your Perfect Life is an adult fiction book that was unsolicited. I’ll give it a bit of a read and see if it strikes my interest.

What did you get this week?
I need to read THE VANISHING SEASON soon! HAZE is soooooo pretty!!
Me too! I want to read them ALL right away. Need. More. Time.
I am interested in The Vault of Dreamers, I can’t wait to see what you think of it. I think I requested it on Netgalley, I honestly don’t remember lol I am going to have to check after I stop typing this!
Did you get the Jackaby book? I still have to signed one if you want it just let me know and I will be happy to send it over to you 🙂
Oh Michelle, you are the nicest! Jon from Scott Reads It is sending me a copy today. I can’t thank you enough for thinking of me *tackle hugs*
If you didn’t request it then let me know and you can borrow mine after I read it (I’ll read next month) 🙂
Whoa – Haze looks thick! And you know how I feel about thick books. ;D
It is fairly large! But I’m happy because it just means more awesome 😛
Ooh, I have The Vanishing Season! Except mine is called The Moment Collector which isn’t confusing at all. :/
I hope your enjoy all your books!
Under The Mountain
Huh? How interesting that it has a different name! How does the cover look? I’m going to have to visit Goodreads to check that out 🙂 Thank you Vickie!
Teehee! It is not the first time I have left doing links until later on! I sometimes forget too though! :’)
Looks like you got some really good books this week! I really like the look of The Vanishing Season! 🙂
I will keep a look out for all your reviews of these! Thanks for sharing & I hope you enjoy all of your books! 🙂
Alex @ The Shelf Diaries
If I actually remember to add links I’ll be shocked! I’m very excited about the books this week. I can’t wait to read The Vanishing Season. Looks awesome!
Great books, I can’t wait to read Your Perfect Life!
I’d not heard of it before. The summary sounds like it could be good. I hope you enjoy it when you get around to reading!
Ooooh, The Vanishing Season and In The End!! Cannot wait to hear what you think!
And Haze! I still need to read Shadows, but I hope to start the series soon!
Happy reading!!
I really can’t wait to hear what you think of Shadows! Let me know when you start it 🙂
YAY for The Vault of Dreamers! I have that one as well. I didn’t love Birthmarked, but this new series sounds great. And I actually just read The Vanishing Season a few hours ago… much dislike, unfortunately. A 1-star read from me :\ I hope you like it more than I did! 🙂
Have an awesome weekend!
Check out my STS post!
OH NO! I don’t want to hear that Vanishing Season is bad. *sobs* I hope I like it ok. Hmph. Now I’m scared.
I have seen and heard so much about The Vault of Dreamers. I hope you enjoy it when you get to it!
Thank you Meredith!
I liked the Vanishing Season! The ending totally did my head in…but, it was really beautiful writing. 🙂 I got mine off NetGalley and it’s The Moment Collector, though…weird how one book has two titles, eh?! I was SO confused until I figured it out! My Sunday Post!
Oh! I’m glad you enjoyed that one. i’m a bit nervous now about reading it. It was unsolicited to there’s that. I was totally confused by the dual title thing.
The Vanishing Season! I have the UK version, though I do kind of prefer the US cover, and In the End! I loved the first half of In the After more than the second, but still want to see how t carries on. 🙂 Happy reading!
Here’s mine
Kirsty @ StudioReads
I enjoyed the first half of In the After more too but I’m so curious to read this sequel. Lunetta is a great writer.
The Vault of Dreamers looks like a fantastic book to have in your hands. I have an ebook but to hold it? I don’t know, for some reason that book in particular just seems like it’d be nice for some reason. Not sure why. I’m starting In the End today! So excited!
I agree! there are some books that i would much, much rather read the physical copy of than an e-arc. VoD is like that for sure. The cover is prettier in person too. YAY! I can’t wait to hear what you think of In the End
OH! You have Haze! I haven’t read Shadows, but I hear this angel series is AMAZING! AND YOU AGREE! So, I’m sure you’re in for a real treat with this sequel, Kristen. I’m also eyeing The Vault of Dreamers. I hope that one delivers!
Enjoy your books, girl! 🙂
Marlene–Shadows is very good! I really enjoyed it. Did you read Angelfall?
Sadly, no I haven’t. But I do hear Angelfall is just as good! I need to get with it!
So good! I recommend both Angelfall and Shadows 🙂
I cannot wait to read the Vault of Dreams!
Come and check out OUT’s STS
And dont forget to enter the giveaways!
Leydy from OUAT & RCE
Thanks! I hope you get to read VoD soon
Man, you are so lucky to keep getting on the tours for the Rephaim series. I LOVE those books. Which reminds me, I still need to write my review for Haze…probably means a re-read is necessary, too, lol. I got Your Perfect Life last week, but I’m just not all that interested in the premise. I’ve already tried to pass it on to a couple of friends, but no one else seems all that interested either. 🙁
I was so excited to be invited for Haze. I need to do a bit of a rereading of Shadows too before I start Haze. I’m running out of time though. I’m trying to have some interest in Your Perfect Life but meh. I’ll start it to give it a chance but I doubt it’s my cup of tea. Not my genre at all. 🙁
I also got The Vault of Dreamers this week! I hope it turns out to be a great one. I’ve been seeing it in so many book hauls! Enjoy your new books. 🙂
Yay! It looks to be awesome. Fingers crossed it lives up to the expectations we all have.
The vault of dreamers looks great. I have been seeing it around a lot this week.
Happy Reading!
My Weekly Wrap up Post

Haze – woo! I hope you love it 😀 Shimmer is about to release here and I am excited!
Mands @ The Bookish Manicurist
EEPS! So jealous 🙂 I’ve not seen the cover for Shimmer…I’ll have to look it up. Love the series.
Oh! So many amazing books Kristen 😀 I hope you love them all. <3 I'm very excited about The Vault of Dreamers 😀 Hope it is good.
Me too Carina! I want it to live up to our expectations so badly. I’m crazy eager to start it.
The Vault of Dreamers sounds really good! I didn’t get any new books this week but I am packing for vacation! I am actually not taking that many easy beach reads. Lots of YA dystopia and fantasy 🙂
