Stacking the Shelves

January is nearly over (already) and this year has already proven to be somewhat yuck. I feel like for only a month a lot has happened in the community. Hopefully the remainder of 2016 will be a bit more calm and quiet.

This last week was really amazing for me in terms of books. I feel completely unworthy of the epic books that landed on my doorstep and I’m so excited to read each of them.

Stacking the Shelves hosted by Tynga’s Reviews is a weekly meme where you show what books you’ve purchased, gotten from the library, received from giveaway, as gifts or for review.

The Books

AHHH! I could not believe the Lady Midnight box landed on my doorstep! It was one of the highlights of my blogging career. Since I’ve been sick I’ve not gotten to take any good pics of it but I’m sure you’ve seen some amazing pictures from others floating around. I’ll probably try to take some and put them on my Instagram this next week.

Thank you Simon Teen, Riveted, Barbara, Harper Teen, Brittany, Penguin, and Abrams. I am THRILLED with these books. I already started The Rose and the Dagger and am about half way through it. I’ve been sick so it’s slowed down my reading a lot but I’m loving it. I’m pretty sure Lady Midnight will be up next.

The year is turning out to be somewhat ‘yuck’ caught my attention because it seems as such for myself. Gladder that the books landed on your doorstep made it worthy to go on into better days. No matter, happy 2016.

I am VERY JEALOUS that you have the Vanishing Throne. I absolutely loved and adored The Falconer, I wasn’t really expecting to. The rest of the books, curiously, I haven’t heard of. =O Enjoy your reads!!

LADY MIDNIGHT! You must’ve been so happy to have received a copy! That is one of the more epic things that could have landed on your doorstep. I’m so excited to read to that one.
