Have You Seen This…?

This is such a brilliant idea by Andi and Brittany, Have You Seen This…? What is this feature you ask?

Have You Seen This will be a way for bloggers to hunt down those hard-to-find books for their collections (think an international version or old ARC)! Both Andi and Brittany will have a specific page set up for this feature where bloggers can post which books they’re looking for and those with rare copies can check to see if anyone needs them.

Is that not pure brilliance? Thank you Andi and Brittany for coming up with this idea.

With the #booksfortrade going on over on Twitter I’ve accomplished trading for some of my most coveted ARCs. I can’t believe my luck and I’m so thankful. I can’t wait to receive them and add them to my collections. I do have others I’m still looking for so thought I’d do one of these posts again. I have a decent amount to trade with so if you have any I’d love to hear from you and see if we can work something out.

Nearly Impossible To Find

  • ARC of Throne of Glass by Sarah J. Maas  – This is nearly impossible to find and I think most people have already traded for them but I’m looking.
  • ARC of Girl of Nightmares by Kendare Blake

Maybe Possible to Find?

  • ARC of Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers Trade in progress!
  • ARC of Dark Triumph by Robin LaFevers
  • ARC of Uprooted by Naomi Novik  Trade in progress!
  • ARC of The Beautiful and the Cursed by Page Morgan
  • ARC of The Wondrous and the Wicked by Page Morgan

If you have any of these and would be interested in trading either email at myfriendsarefiction (at) gmail (dot) com, Tweet me @Kris10MFAF or comment.

BEA and All the Books I Never Knew I HAD to Have

Though I wasn’t able to attend BEA I still became obsessed with stalking the tweets and pictures from the convention. Crystal (Crystal in Bookland), Pili (In Love with Handmade) and I got to talking about all the amazing books we saw and how each of our TBR wish-lists were growing. We figured it would be fun to post the books we found that we’d not heard of but now have to read.

Check out my past post: If I Were Going to BEA- The Books I’d Want

Be sure to check out Crystal and Pili‘s posts too! Did you find new ‘must have’ books from the BEA coverage? If so, which is your most wanted?
